Please fill out the form below with a valid email address.  You will receive our enrollment packet to the email address you have provided.  Once the packet is received, please print and fill out the packet and follow the enclosed instructions.  The sooner you send the packet back, the sooner we can get started on your credit restoration.  This is a very important step for your "Fresh Start".

Steps to begin the credit repair process after receiving your enrollment package:

  1. Choose to either pay online by credit card or call to make payment by check over the phone.
  2. Choose the “Check Your Credit” tab at the top of the web page, this will direct the user to Privacy Guard’s website (see separate instructions for Privacy Guard).
  3. Return the completed enrollment package including a lightened, clear copy of the driver’s license, social security card and address verification (copy of a bill in the client’s name that is sent to the primary address). As well, include the user name and password that was created for the Privacy Guard account.

All of the above steps must be completed for us to begin the process of credit repair.
