Privacy Guard Enrollment instructions

1. When directed to Privacy Guard from the Best Chance Credit website, select the option “Try it Now, Get your first 30 days for just $1”

2. Fill out the Personal Information, Home Address and Billing Information sections, and agree to the terms and conditions.

3. Once the membership is accepted the user will be directed to a page confirming their user name and will direct them to the Member Home page.

4. Once back at the member home page select the “View Reports” option

5. A pop up box may come up that states “this page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?” The user needs to select yes. This pop up does not appear for every user as it is based on individual security and firewall settings.

6. The page will say “looks like it is time to reorder” the user can disregard this and go to step 7.

7. The user will then select the option for “3B Credit Report w/ 3B score & What If”

8. Fill out the user info, they do not need to reenter their credit card information, but must check the “I agree” section. Then select submit.

9. The user will be asked 2 questions on their personal credit to verify their identity. They must answer these questions.

10. The user will be directed to another page with their order confirmation number and will select the “Get my Report” button.

11. They are now fully enrolled in Privacy Guard and can view their full report on all 3 credit bureaus.

12. The $1 membership is valid for 30 days. If the user does not cancel the service they will be charged $129.99 for a one year membership. If the user chooses to not cancel this gives us the ability to provide them updated scores after their deletions have been recorded. If they decide to cancel part way through the year they will receive a pro-rated refund. If they choose to cancel they need to call Privacy Guard at 1-877-202-8828.
